There will be no refunds at all at this time because of current health events, and fraudulent attempts to refund with no merchandise. So to keep everyone safe we will not be issuing no refunds. I do apologize if this causes any inconvenience but this is necessary to protect my business and you all as well.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, you have 5 Business days to take a picture of your order and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
There will be no acceptation's on any item, no item cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). No Clothes, Shoes or Accessories will be accepted. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot and will not accept no returns on any sale items or gift cards, goods, clothes , shoes, or accessories.
